📝 How to Access Your Account

Click the “Create Your Student Account” button below to register your email and access your SchoolAide account. Once registered, you can begin your enrollment process.

🏫 Enrollment Steps

After signing in, carefully complete each step. You will be redirected to Step 5, where you will be prompted to upload the required documents. You may also review and update your other information anytime.

Initial Step: Go to Master Data → Add New Enrollment. Fill out the fields for your enrollment before proceeding to the next steps.

• Step 5 – Document Requirements: Upload the necessary documents for verification
• Step 6 – Attestation & Data Privacy: Confirm that your information is accurate and agree to the Data Privacy Policy.
• Step 7 – Subject Enlistment: Select your assigned section and review and confirm your subject load.
• Step 8 – Tuition: View your assessment and proceed with tuition payment.

Please prepare the following:

• Clearance (Cleared Slip)
• Evaluated Prospectus

After creating your account, begin your enrollment and carefully complete each step below:

Initial Step: Go to Master Data → Add New Enrollment. Fill out the fields for your enrollment before proceeding to the next steps.

• Step 1 – Student Details: Enter your personal information.
• Step 2 – Other Details: Provide health, financing, scholarship, PWD/Indigenous status, and employment info.
• Step 3 – Parent/Guardian Information: Provide your parent’s or guardian’s details and contact information.
• Step 4 – Educational Background: Indicate your previous school and academic history.
• Step 5 – Document Requirements: Upload the necessary documents for verification.
• Step 6 – Attestation & Data Privacy: Confirm that your information is correct and agree to the Data Privacy Policy.
• Step 7 – Examination Schedule: If you have already taken the HCCCI entrance exam, select the date you took it. If not, choose your exam schedule.
• Step 8 – Registration Payment: Settle the registration fee.
• Step 9 – Subject Enlistment: Select your subjects and available schedule.
• Step 10 – Tuition: View your assessment and proceed with tuition payment.

• Transcript of Records
• Transfer Credential / Honorable Dismissal
• PSA Birth Certificate
• 2x2 Picture
• Good Moral Certificate
• Evaluated Prospectus
